Oh I'm sure I have seen a shop on TV that was strickly no ketchup.
Even Dirty Harry knows. Its right there in his dialog.

Usually I like just onions and yellow mustard. I'll eat the
brown mustard too, but I like it sour, and I love crout.
I would only eat beans and cheese on the side dish.
Ketchup and dogs is basically sickening. The first
time I had it when I was a kid, I barfed. Mustard cuts the grease.
I also like relish of some sort. But, absolutely have to have onions.

There is a popular shop here that has unusual topping sauce.
Jim's sauce. I would describe it mildly mustardy, but
its light brown sauce. The story was, he did not want to
sell the recipe to Heinz.

On the other side, I'm perfectly happy eating hot sausage sandwiches.
I think when it cooked in a tomatoe sauce it OK.

With fries, you can basically put anything on. Some people always
use ketchup, where I will ALWAYS also get mustard for the fries.
Also like Horseradish sauce, white or red.

I have been putting Mayo on tosted buns for pulled pork. Is anybody going to complain ??
Lets see, cole slaw probably allready has mayo.

I found these folks while looking about for Slotts Mustard a Swedish
Mustard recently bought by unilever and moved from Sweden to Poland.
Hard to fine now so guess it is time to take a stab at making my own.

These guys sell stuff and are funny. I get their newsletter.

Nothing about ketchup, but I know a couple places I like. Nothing really special
about the dogs, but good overall.

There is a place Red Caboose; Rostraver PA
Can't believe how busy it gets. Lines 20 deep.
I think the best thing is the prices. I think they steam the buns.
Dogs are nice and brown. Maybe you can get gravey on the fries too.

The other is Eddie's Grill Geneva-on-the-Lake Ohio
Its real retro, clean, and one of the best DQ's around.
Eddie's has the cleanest, and best hamburger/fries/dogs
topping center. Mayo/ horshradish, mustard, hot peppers, onions, relish,
ketchup, sour peppers.
