Barbecue (alt.food.barbecue) Discuss barbecue and grilling--southern style "low and slow" smoking of ribs, shoulders and briskets, as well as direct heat grilling of everything from burgers to salmon to vegetables.

Default Best wishes to Dave

Dave;
While Peggy and I can't join in the festivities today we certainly wish you
a wild success in the new business.

You have certainly "paid your dues" and "covered the bases" over the past
year. It's been exciting following all the news and developments as you
built the foundations of your new business both virtually and literally. As
a business professional, Peggy has been commenting, "he'll need to do
thus-and-so". Most of the time I could simply say, "He's been there and did
that".

Since we can't have Q with you and the gang today we'll stop by our favorite
place here and have some of the best in Houston. Of course Houston is now
second best in the nation for great BBQ, right behind Wenatchee.
