fish and meat in the same bbq?
Hi there,
I'm just wondering, is it ok to bbq fish and meat in the same bbq (not at the same time). Will this cause the meat to taste like fish? Hope you can help me out, would be nice to try salmon. But will not try it if it means that the next time, the pig tastes like salmon Adriaan |

The fish odor will stay around for awhile if done first, but the next week the smoker is fine for meat again. Burbank Tony I am in shape. Round is a shape. > > > > |
