Barbecue (alt.food.barbecue) Discuss barbecue and grilling--southern style "low and slow" smoking of ribs, shoulders and briskets, as well as direct heat grilling of everything from burgers to salmon to vegetables.

Default fish and meat in the same bbq?

Hi there,

I'm just wondering, is it ok to bbq fish and meat in the same bbq (not at
the same time). Will this cause the meat to taste like fish?

Hope you can help me out, would be nice to try salmon. But will not try it
if it means that the next time, the pig tastes like salmon

I never had a problem with it.

It would be cool to get a chicken to taste like ribs though. <G>

2 soup recepiees needed. One with meat ot fish. Another without. Goodtasting, fast to make, cheap. Good to eat with freshly baked bread. Mark[_5_] General Cooking 16 23-06-2008 07:52 PM
