Butt, how long can it sit after done??
Hey, I just finished 2 7lb butts and have 6 hours till serving, any advice?
They are wrapped in foil and in a oven that is off, the internal temps are ~200 degrees. Thanks for your help in advance. Jim. |

Keep it wrapped and in a heated environment, above 140 degrees and you are OK. I often put it into a foam insulated box and it will keep a long time that way. Ed |
