Alton Brown super-searer idea #2
This one is even more accessable then the hairdryer supercharger for a Weber
kettle. The idea is really simple: get a chimney going with hot charcoal of your choice, then put a cooking grate directly on top. Voila, instant F-16. A smallish cooking grate from a Smokey Joe is perfectm otherwise improvise at will. Alton likes to do small appetizer pieces of meat and fish with this rig. |
