Barbecue (alt.food.barbecue) Discuss barbecue and grilling--southern style "low and slow" smoking of ribs, shoulders and briskets, as well as direct heat grilling of everything from burgers to salmon to vegetables.

Default Costco "the Classic" Stainless Steel BBQ Grill

I saw in the Costco Web site a stainless steel BBQ grill which sells
for $1149.99 including shipping and handling. Does anybody has any
opinion on this grill? The burners are cast brass burners. Is it
better than stainless steel?
The Kirland Deluxe grill which sells for $799, but has 17000 BTU
instead of the 15000 BTU per burner that "the Classic" has. If I
convert the grill to using natural gas, how much the BTU will be
lowered? Is there a way to increase the BTU?
