I've tried several methods. There are a bunch of books available
by different individuals, each with a slightly different approach.

The good: It was a valuable experience. Building and using any
type of homemade cooking equipment always makes you a better
cook... if even slightly.

The less good: I doubt I'll ever actually use any sort of solar
cooking method unless there's a nuclear war or something.
