Wings
 

Whew- I got up this AM and started cooking wings while drinking
coffee. I just finished and they're on trays in the refrigerator
right now chilling. They'll get vacuum bagged and frozen for
future use. . . but after we gorge on them for supper. I followed
the recipe I posted here earlier. In a way, it was helpful in
verifying that I'd not overlooked or forgotten to write down
anything.

Oh well, off to lunch.
