Default Some great barbecue

I'll bet even people from the Carolina's would come up here just for
this:

The history of the Swiss Chalet is interesting and can be found by
googling.
Have meals flown in to your specific location if you can't get up here.

We fly into Toronto at least twice a year just to taste the BBQ of the
'Swiss Chalet'. We're from Australia, but the price is definitley
worth it. The Carolinas would definitley be improved if they would
send up an Envoy in order to learn proper BBQ.
In particular, I like their bbq short ribs. They are not on the menu
like most of their 'Q'; so you have to ask.
Try their smoked sow belly for a real treat. Melt in your mouth
goodness.

With all due respect: Bullsh*t. I'm not commenting on the Swiss
Chalet, but your comment about the Carolinas is very much off
target.

he could have been addressing any

Swiss Chalet is a chain http://www.swisschalet.com/
They make good dependable chicken. People go nuts over the sauce but I
don't care for it. As far as comparing it to Carolina BBQ, WTF?
Rotisserie chicken isn't barbecue.

Maybe it depends on what you use as a taste base. If they think rotisserie
chicken is a big treat, I'm not going to visit their world for the food.
