Default Was smokin parts. Now Done.

Smoked the chicken 3 hours at 220.
Finished it on the grill. Wife MADE ME put some sauce on it

Chicken was very moist and tender. Better when I removed the skin and
tossed it out with the little sauce SHE MADE me put on it.

Grilled some red spuds tossed in olive oil, garlic salt, black pepper.

Grilled some Italian bread brushed with the potato mixture with added
galric.

Brocoli steamed with oragno and garlic.

Did this dinner becase I didn't feel like cooking tonight!

LOL
