Default Sausage making web site

Hi,

A couple of years ago someone in this group pointed me (and the rest of
the group) to an extensive sausage making web site. Since then I have
changed computer and lost bookmarks, so I was wondering if someone here
have that URL. The site has "everything" you could possibly want to know
about sausage making and tons of recipes.

Help would be greatly appreciated!

Stuffers Supply Company also had an extensive 138 page recipe book.
Features lots of variations of numerous sausage styles, and cured
meats. That can be found he

I used this to make their Sheboygan style brats, came out really
well. Made some lamb sausage too, added a bit of orange zest and some
Grand Marnier. Oh yes.

Good luck.
