Big Jim - You out there??
Big Jim
It's been a while since I've made the great trek north to G'ville, but I'll be making it next week. I stopped at your old place just south of G'ville and brought great tastes to my sister's house there. She loved it and ended up including you in some local bbq features. I recall you were the only chef willing to explain your spices and techniques freely. No so called top secrete mojo, just good cooking. Are you set up anyway in the area that I might be able to stop on my way? We'll be passing thru on our way to NC. I Hope to see ya soon. Barry |

Hope I'll be able to get that brisket some time again soon. I'm sure we'll find some tasty pig in North Carolina. Be well and take care of yourself. bk |

I don't know if it's the best, but out of the many places that I've eaten in NC, I've had none better. -- Dave What is best in life?
