Default Grass Cuttings!

I'm looking to experiment.

Grass cuttings as a smoke flavor.

Will it work?

Yes.

The question is, will you like the flavor it imparts?

Only you can tell.

Thankee kindly, Grant.

I won't bother wrapping each cutting in foil. That would be a waste of time.

BTW. You got a Kamado or a BGE?

Blue Grass has a more earthy flavor, while Rye has almost a twang to it. Zoysia and St. Augustine are highly dependent on the weather and season: we recommend Zoysia in the summer and St. Augustine in the fall.

When smoking with grass, be very careful to NOT get grass where dogs relieve themselves or the smoke will have a very musty flavor.
