Default "America's Best BBQ"

My DH got this book as a birthday gift. It's by Ardie A. Davis and Chef
Paul Kirk. It contains "100 recipes from America's best smokehouses,
pits, shacks, rib joints, roadhouses, and restaurants.

It is quite an interesting read.
