Default Help w/ smoked salmon on the WSM

Hello all;

I've got some primo salmon fillets that I want to cook on my WSM
tomorrow (Sunday).

I've read the info on the WSM Virtual Bullet page, and I've gpt a
couple other recipes and techniques (Kirk's book, Raichle's books,
&tc.)

I'm just checking to see if anybody here has any tips or
recommendations.

Sugar, salt brine and don't worry. Salmon's easy.

I have to ask, what's "hard"? (Aside from brisket).
