Default It is in the Smoker

Well I put a 7 lb butt in the smoker this morning. I got it in kind of late
about 10:30am. I am hoping that because it is small it will not take to long.
The last one I did which was 12 lbs took about 14 hours. The temp right now is
140f at about 4pm. Hoping to be done by 7:30.

Getting Hungry!

Dinner at 7:30? I'll have to hurry to make it on time. What was that
address again? I'll do a mapquest.

Well 7:30 has come and gone. Now hoping for 11pm. It will be lunch for Monday.
It is 8:30 and about 184f. Bone is still very, very tight. Smells great though.

North East North Carolina. Think you can make it in time? It smells great! It
will not be 7:30 though. Well past that now. Will be lunch for Monday.
