We bought a Traeger a year ago, and found customer service to be outstanding. I don't know what you need, but if you ask questions, I'll be glad to try to answer them, or at least pass them on to the hubby. Sheila |

I heard PINE stands for Pine Is Not Elm, among other things. I used to support PINE on VMS VAX/ALPHA years ago. Now, it's all Exchange. Back to the OP, I bought my Traeger just a few months ago, so if you're still reading and need help, ask away. I've probably logged 50 or 60 hours cooking all kinds of stuff on it and might be able to help ya. -- EZ Traeger BBQ075 "Texas" CharGriller Smokin Pro Great Outdoors Smoky Mountain Wide Body CharmGlow 3-burner All-Stainless Gas Grill Weber Kettle One-Touch Silver 22-1/2" Weber Kettle Smoky Joe Silver 14-1/2" |
