Video on bbq'ing a beef clod
This guy does a pretty good job on the clod. The video would be a
good general guide to doing large cuts of meat. I do a beef chuck roll; similar cut, and a bit fattier; ask for it at Sams. They carry them. about 2 bux a pound. http://bigironbarbecue.wordpress.com...e-a-beef-clod/ Pierre |
