Default Buyer Beware of Sugarcraft

I just want to post the extremelly negative encounter I had with
Sugarcraft after they botched an order I made with a gift certificate.
They did not subtract the value of the gift certificate from my order
even though I followed their directions in using the certificate.

In subsequent dialogue with their "customer service" they were
extremelly, rude, obnoxious and even childish. Perhaps people have had
good experiences, but this was mine and I will not use them again.
