Default Granola Bar Follow-up

I recently came across this recipe. Thought the individual who asked
about granola bars might like to try it. BobbiJo

Granola Cookies

1/2 c. butter or margarine, room temp.
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. Granola or Grape Nuts
2 T. thawed frozen orange juice concentrate
1 T. grated orange peel
1 egg
1 tsp. baking powder

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 F (175-180 C).
In medium bowl, beat together butter, sugar, egg, orange juice
concentrate and orange peel, until light and fluffy.
Add flour and baking powder, beating until blended.
Stir in cereal.
Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden.
Remove from cookie sheet to rack for cooling.
