Default need vegetable strudel recipe

recently cruised on Royal Caribbean and loved a dish called 'vegetable
strudel'. A thin crust with polenta and chunks of vegetables(zucchini,
carrots, green beans, peas...) rolled up inside it then baked. Delicious!
Anybody know how to make it? Thanks, Jan H.

Have you written to the cruise lines and asked for the recipe? They may be
happy to shave it, preventing you from trying to re-invent the wheel.
