I'm on the hunt for some wicked bran muffins. I found a local bakery
that uses crushed prunes instead of honey or sugar. Plus they don't use
eggs - they flax seeds instead...They won't share the "goodies" on how
to make them.

Does anyone have a great muffin recipe they would like to share. With
nuts even better,...
