Soft Pretzels

First time trying to make these. Can the dough be frozen if I don't want to
bake the whole batch?

Recipe says to let it rise in frig in plastic bowl overnight.

If I can freeze it should I do it before or after the overnight part?

Yes. You may not need to do the 'overnight part' if you freeze the
dough.

I would put this into a glass or stainless steel bowel.

I know of noone who has a glass or stainless steel bowel, but it might help
if you're eating hot peppers! <G>
