Powdered peanut butter
A local bulk food store is offering powdered peanut butter. I have tried it in bread (1 tbsp per loaf), and on granola (a generous spoonful in a 1/3 cup serving), with no distinct taste enhancement.
Has anyone tried it? Thanks JimW |

Thanks I just heard about this stuff the other day. Curious to know what it's like, as peanut butter has a huge oil content, and you can't dry that. Is this made by first removing all the oil? On dietary-requirement grounds? Or transit costs? P |
