Default Smoking baked goods

Hello there,

I've been experimenting with smoking baked goods using PolyScience's "Smoking Gun". So far I've come up with a mesquite-smoked butterscotch cookie and a snickerdoodle cookie smoked with hickory and applewood and containing candied bacon bits (we're calling it the Bacondoodle).

My brand-new blog, featuring a review of the Smoking Gun and some food-related humor (and soon to feature recipes, experiments, and more) can be found at ginandtonix.com.

We appreciate any traffic we can get to the site, so please check it out!
