Default Light Choux Pastry with Sweet Custard Filling and Strawberries!

This is a truly delicious, summer pastry, a perfectly sweet way to use up those seasonal strawberries!

This baked good uses the interesting technique of choux pastries, and is cream puff-like in texture and taste!
