Default yum yum's type of donut

anyone out there got a receipe for yum yum's sold in uk in waitrose/marks
and spensers?

they're described as lighter type donuts.

i love them but can't eat dairy so want ot try to make them myself.
unfortunately the suppliers of waitrose think that giving me the receipe
would be commercially unsafe. might put them out of business from my little
domestic kitchen! also they would have only commercial quantities, noraml
people being too thick to be able to scale down for domestic purposes!

any help gratefully received.
