How to make bread fluffier?

Using a toastmaster bread maker and the following receipe, the bread
produced is a bit coarse/dense/heavy. How can I make it fluffier/lighter?

1 egg
3/4 cup water
4 tsp oil
4 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 1/4 cup bread flour
1/2 cup raisins
bread machine yeast 1 tsp

using the sweet program.

Using more water might help.

Ohh, and may be adding a bit of curd....

This place here deals with a story, and in-between talks of the interesting things to eat, from around the world. And fluffy bread was one of the things discussing. So, just thought u might be interested - The Dark Truth
