Default GA Peaches!

Georgia and South Carolina peaches are coming in!! Very nice this
year.

This is my apple crisp recipe...but I just substitute 8 large
peaches....or 4 cups rhubarb for a rhrubarb crisp.

@@@@@ Now You're Cooking! Export Format

Apple Crisp

4 large apples, peeled & sliced
5 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup butter

Preheat oven to 350F.

Mix apples, sugar, cinnamon and 2 tablespoons flour in a large bowl.
Pour into an ovenproof baking dish.

Combine 1/2 cup flour, coconut, oatmeal and brown sugar in a bowl. Mix
to blend. Melt butter and pour into flour mixture. Mix to form a
crumble. Scatter crumbs over apples.

Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown.

Yield: 6 servings
