Default Chocolate Silk Fudge


Chocolate Silk Fudge
a.. 2 cups sugar
b.. 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
c.. 1 cup evaporated milk
d.. 2 cups miniature marshmallows
e.. 1 14-ounce jar Jif Chocolate Silk
f.. 1 6-ounce package semi-sweet chocolate chips
g.. 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
h.. 1 cup chopped salted peanuts
In a large skillet combine the sugar, butter and milk. Bring to boil over
medium heat and boil rapidly for 5 full minutes. Stir occasionally. Remove
from heat.

Stir in the marshmallows, Jif Chocolate Silk, chocolate chips and vanilla.

Stir until marshmallows are melted. Fold in the peanuts.

Pour into a buttered 9" square pan. Chill until firm. Cut into small
squares.

Makes about 2 pounds.
