Default Humidity in oven...need examples

Besides bread (either baking or re-heating) what are some other foods
that might require adding humidity in the oven?

"Baths" for cheesecakes etc...are more concentrated, so I'm discarding
thsoe types. But what else?

Thanks,

Gary
