Dragon Station on Goldenrod Road about a mile south of Colonial/SR-50 is "OK".
It used to be much better than now.

China Jade on a side road (can't remember the name) just east of Fashion Square
Mall (on Colonial/SR-50) has its good and bad days. It's a buffet, so that may
be the reason for the great swing in quality.

Ming Court on Internationl is worth a visit, call ahead to check the
dim sum schedule.

Aside from that, it's a crapshoot for chinese. Crazy Buffet is about
it for decent chinese in a regular restaurant.
