Hello fellows. Is anybody heard about this food, it`s call as "PILAF", "PILAW" or "PLOW". This is some middle Asia food with rice, is anybody know the recipe?

There are *many* varieties of it, and therefore *many* recipes. Do a
web search, and you'll find lots of them.

This is called Pilao. It is made by rice and you can count it on a lot of variety. You may add vegetables in it as well as meet of various types. And it is a very delicious dish.

Its simple enough to make and as said elsewher it can be made with different vegetables added.

Well the perfect name is pulao. and the recipe is made of rice with different
vegetables. And its very yummi..too..
