Default frozen vegetables in stir-fries

has anyone used frozen vegetables with good results in stir-fries? i
have a bag of 'stir-fry vegetables,' but i'm skeptical. do you
defrost them?

You defrost and wring out as much water as possible. It's better to
use fresh since the frozen ones are usually waterlogged (except the
snap peas and carrots). The water interferes with proper
stir-frying.

Not to mention they're already blanched and hence overcooked
already.
