Businesses that don't make money don't last. It's simple
economic physics.

.... and there's the harsh side of running a business that's also
part of simple economic physics.

Every time I hear someone gripe about businesses making money, I
just have to bite my lip rather than waste my time trying to explain
the simplest, most obvious economics (that they seem to fail to teach
us in grade school).

The USSR tried socialism for decades. They went out of business.
It is just economic physics, little different than the law of gravity.
The only problem is that the consequences differ.
