Ohhhh! Brixen is Bressanone? I didn't know. Ionly know the wine "traminer"
but I thought was a Friuli wine.

I don't know if I agree with you. Porcini are my favourite for flavour.
Finferli are not so tasty IMO.
But I must say I have eaten them only one time in my life
