Default Large Rainbow trout ideas???

Sorry steve...please dont shrug ;-)

I am a Brit.....to me "smoking" means Heaven knows how long (kippers take
weeks dont they???) in a shed with smouldering wood in it...... and
"salting" (brining) is something that means 3 weeks in a pit of sea
salt.....

Please elaborate :-)
