I have a similar dilemma most days. . .I swim laps to try to get/stay
fit. My rationale is to swim 100 laps, which probably burns about 500
calories, and then stop by the fast food joint, because I'm too hungry
to wait and take the time to cook something once I make it home.
Average fast food meal is likely about 900 calories or so!

What is it about swimming laps that makes Big Macs, fries, and
Strawberry milkshakes, sound soooooo good?
