I haven't made it from scratch yet, (forgive me), but last time I tried
frozen Szechuan vegetables made by that big green guy. (Or was it that
bird guy)?

It complemented the meat nicely. I'll definitely try the wedge of
lettuce w/bacon & bleu cheese.
