i like fish tacos (fish cooked over wood at a beach restaurant in mazatlan
and served with corn tortillas are best, wahoo's is second (and more
convenient), and rubio's is a distant third) but ...

even if you didn't like those styles i'd think anyone who liked fish could
put the fish they like in a flour or corn tortilla and still like it.

actually i should try grilling some tillapia for tacos ... supposed to be
a good low-toxin fish these days.
