Default Acorn Squash in coals??

Get the smoker up to about 350 (or whatever temp your oven recipe
says)
Cut acorn squash in half
remove the seeds
coat the cut surface with olive oil or Italian dressing (NOT the
creamy-type)
Grill cut side down for (I ferget how long...look it up in a recipe
for an oven)
Remove
serve and eat.
