Default Sweet condensed milk as a whole milk substitute?

posted & mailed

Sweetened condensed milk CANNOT be used as a substitute for whole milk. It's
90% - 95% sugar by volume. In some recipes (particularly ice cream) you can
substitue sweetened condesend milk for sugar (1:1 by volume).
