Ciao! Andrņ certamente a visitare il tuo sito. Struffoli are famous in many
italian regions! You can find them also in Marche region! But they are
harder than castagnole: in fact they are very little balls made of a certain
kind of short pastry and then fried. You make a mountain with balls and
cover with honey.
