I was just wondering.

I replace the oven in the house we bought (3 years ago).
The temp would wander while it was on.
350 degrees would end up at 400 or higher whenever it felt like it.

A month after we moved in, we bought a new stove. Then we remodeled the
kitchen. Timing was not good.
