Pasta salad with seafood made with those spiral 3 color pastas have
always worked well for me!

Devilled eggs nearly always go down well also.

For dessert? Bring an apple pie and some vanilla ice cream! ;-d

Does not have to be original to be good!

Peach cobbler or apple crisp are even easier.
