Cranberry Pear Crisp
4 large ripe pears, cored, peeled, and sliced (about 4 cups).
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, divided.
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
3 tablespoons margarine
1 cup Post Selects Cranberry Almond Crunch Cereal, lightly
crushed.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Toss pear slices, 2 tablespoons
sugar, and a 1/2 teaspoon of the cinnamon in a large bowl.
Place in a 8 inch square baking dish.
Mix 1/2 cup sugar, flour, and remaining 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
in a large bowl; cut in margarine until mixture resembles
coarse crumbs. Stir in cereal. Sprinkle over pears.
Bake 30 minutes or until pears are tender. Serve warm.
