Default My unknown Tuo

Unknown? Hardly. It's common stuff. Yunnan Jingua Gongcha from Ji Xing
Brand, or Lucky Brand. Factory formerly under CNNP Yunnnan branch, never
part of Xiaguan. 1999? Your stash is more likely 2004, and there's
something wrong with the wrapper from what I can see. The logo seems
bigger. If it is, beware.
