Every time I've been to the J.D. it's been colder than a witches tit at
night. It's in October, right?

As far as Q for sale, forget about it. There'll be a couple of vendors
charging ungodly prices for substandard wares.

You gotta show up Friday afternoon and get to know some teams. Q folk are
friendly folk and you will get invited to partake of some scrumptious
groceries and tasty beverages.

It's best if you don't mind sleeping on the ground or in your truck, cause
you can't legally leave after meeting a few competition cookers.

The S.E. US is my favorite place in the country. You'll meet some
backwoods, ignorant mofo's, but generally speaking the people are friendlier
than anywhere else.

Spring and fall are the best times. Summer's too hot and dry, and winter is
a bitch just like everywhere else.......except here in Florida or Hawaii of
course.

While you're there tell Bubba I said, "Hey". <G>
