Commercial tomato juice tends to be too salty for my tastes. Last year
I made my first batch of homemade tomato juice. In homecanning the salt
can be omitted in most recipes so I omit it. I was so pleased with the
resulting tomato juice, I'm going to make double the amount of it this year.
