Parmesan Turkey & Rice Bake
2 C chopped COOKED Turkey or chicken
2 C chopped celery
1 C Mayonnaise
1 C Cooked rice
1/2 C shredded parmesan cheese
2 TBS finely chopped onion
2 TBS lemon juice
1/2 C slivered almonds
Preheat oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, combine turkey, celery,
mayonnaise, rice, cheese, onion, lemon juice. Spoon mixture into a
greased 9-inch square baking dish. Top with almonds. Bake 30-40
minutes or until heated through. Number Of Servings:4-6 Preparation
Time:20 minutes without kids, 45-60 minutes with kids
